Parts are easy to find and can be ordered by your authorized personnel with a PO, or credit or purchasing card. In addition, open order, order history and other account information can be viewed.

Shipping

Customers outside the USA:

If you prefer to pay by wire transfer, please copy the part numbers to an e-mail along with your contact information. We will send you a proforma invoice along with bank information for sending payment via wire transfer.

USA Shipping Information:

Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday(excluding holidays) by parcel service such as UPS or Fedex. Freight charges will be added to your invoice.

Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to the following states: GA, WI, NV, and CA. A tax exempt certificate may be submitted to waive sales tax charges in these states. Send tax exempt certificate to us via e-mail or fax to 770-784-7517 at time of order.

International Shipping Information:

Prior to processing and charging, we will provide a freight quote for all international orders after the order is packaged and weighed. International customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees and taxes. We can also ship international orders freight collect via your preferred carrier.
